Good restauration services ! Very cheap and good. People working are very nice.

Very loud. Especially in the weekend when all the neighborhood decide to do a competition of who has the bigger speaker. You can hear the bass of the music very loud until around 5am.

Friendly owners, very accomodating and helpful. Aircon worked great.

We were woken up in the middle of the night by a MOUSE going through our stuff in our room. There are absolutely no windows in the building, kitchen isnt to be used. Room was very small and door is hard to open. Shower is just a pipe coming out of the wall, no showerhead.

Would have checked out sooner but I’d then have lost my $

It’s reasonably close to the city centre, but the walk can be a bit of a tyranny. Better to catch a taxi or Uber.

The place did not look or feel like a hotel or hostel. It looked like a house under renovation. It was too costly for the quality of the stay. Construction work was taking place inside the house (it’s definitely a house) at early hours of the day which woke me up, and there was no real kitchen to speak of. Perhaps the establishment is in a transitional phase, but I didn’t enjoy my stay there, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I had two seperate taxi drivers tell me that I should t go out at night in this neighbourhood because it’s unsafe, which just made the experience more of a bummer. You can find better for cheaper and safer, I think.

Not for heart fainted

If you like to see"colorful" Cartagena poor side of town life it is perfect spot

As owner pointed after 9pm the place is accessable only by taxi 2 streets south and east carrera 14 and 17 are slams/favela place. From north is only one bridge you can try but is with sign from police warning that is often a place of violence. Most over owner is arrogant and unpleasant. The hair blocking drain in shower where there all the time l was there and flor was slippery from gel like dirt. Aircon was broken owner try to BS me that is ok. The vibration the rotor make in that aircon made impossible to rest your head on the wall, you would loose all your tooth fillings. Even in next room l could feel it. Locks neither in bathroom nor room where working and main door took awhile to force open. I have videos

Perfect place to stay!

I travel for a living and this is the first time that I have ever given a rating of 10, a perfect rating, to any hotel. The hotel is exceptionally safe, clean, comfortable with a very pleasant atmosphere. The owner and his wife went far above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I had everything I needed, they helped me with so much. I am an American female traveling alone and was concerned about my safety coming to Columbia but Clain and his wife, the owners, are completely trustworthy
